What the book request form asks for
The book request form asks for a requester’s name, email, relationship, requested book, language, and message. The book request form does not ask for inmate ID numbers.
How messages are handled
Once an email destination is configured, the form opens an email draft in the visitor’s own email application. The visitor must press Send there. The website does not store submissions in a database.

Website analytics
We use limited analytics to improve our ministry resources. This records page paths without query strings, visit times, device categories, referring website domains, and approximate country, region, and city supplied by our hosting platform. Daily visitor estimates use a keyed hash of the network address and device category that changes each day. Our analytics database does not store names, raw IP addresses, full browser user agents, precise coordinates, or persistent visitor cookies. Records are retained for 90 days. Only the website owner can view reports. Hosting access logs are separate.
